Hardware Store POS App for the Philippines: barcode billing, stock and utang

Hindi para mag-bill. Zobaze POS works offline, so brownout or mahinang signal will not stop your benta. Your sales save on the phone and sync to the cloud when you are back online, so connect at least once a day para hindi mawala ang records.

Oo. Add each SKU with its own presyo and cost, and group them into categories like fasteners, electrical or plumbing. The fastest way to load a long list is to open the Web Back Office on a computer and import from Excel. The free plan shows up to 100 items, and a full hardware catalogue fits the paid Premium plan for unlimited items.

Zobaze POS bills using the barcode already printed on a packed item, like a can of sealant or a box of screws, scanned with your phone camera or a Bluetooth or USB scanner. For loose items like nails or bolts, save the product once and search it by name. Note: the app does not print or generate barcode labels for your own loose items.

Turn on Sell by Fraction for that item and bill it in decimals like 12 m of wire or 2.5 kg of nails, and the stock drops by the same amount. One thing to know: you choose Sell by Unit or Sell by Fraction when you create the item, at hindi na ito mapapalitan pagkatapos, so add a separate per-piece item if you also sell it by the piece.

Oo. Add GCash and Maya once as your own payment modes, then mark how the suki paid at billing. You collect the money in your own GCash or Maya app, and Zobaze POS records which mode was used, so your Payment Modes report stays tama. The app records the payment, hindi ito nagpuprocess ng bayad.

Hindi. Zobaze POS prints a simple sales receipt for your customer: your store name, each item with its quantity and price, and the total, then the payment mode below. Hindi ito BIR Official Receipt at hindi BIR-accredited, so gamitin ito bilang benta record for you and your customer, hindi bilang tax receipt.

Oo, sa Reports. You see the day's benta, your margin per item (selling price minus cost), and your best-selling SKUs. Ang profit ay sales minus your expenses, so log your restock, kuryente and delivery fuel in the Cashbook para tama ang makikita mong kita, hindi lang ang pumasok.
