Set prices and stock
Put a selling price on each item, and a cost price too if you want to see your margin. Set the opening stock and a low-stock level so the count stays right and you reorder in time.
Scan to bill at the counter
Scan each pack with your phone camera or a scanner, add anything loose by name, and take UPI or cash. Mark it due for khata customers. Stock drops with every scan.
Print or share the GST receipt
Print the bill on a 58mm or 80mm thermal printer with your shop name and logo, or send it on WhatsApp, even when the internet is down. Open Reports to see the day's sales and your fastest movers.

Scanning & barcodes
Yes, two ways: your phone camera, or an external Bluetooth or USB scanner. Save each pack's barcode once, then a scan drops it straight into the bill. A phone camera is enough to start, and you can add a scanner later if you want a trigger at the counter.
No. Zobaze POS bills using the barcodes already printed on your packs, and it does not print or generate barcode labels itself. For loose or unlabelled goods that carry no barcode, you search by name instead of scanning.
When you add an item, scan its pack to capture the barcode, or type the number in by hand. You can also bulk-import barcodes from Excel through the Web Back Office. Once saved, a scan at billing finds that item every time.
Search it by name at the counter and add it to the bill the usual way. Loose staples, home-packed goods and services don't carry a printed barcode, so barcode billing and search by name sit side by side in the same bill.
Billing, GST & offline
Yes. Scanning and billing run offline with nothing to switch on, so a weak signal or a power cut never stops the counter. Your sales save on the phone and sync to the cloud at least once a day when you're back online.
Yes. Add your GST number to your business profile and set a tax rate on your items, and the scanned bill prints as a proper GST receipt with your shop name, GSTIN and the GST amount. Print it on a thermal printer or share it on WhatsApp. Adding GST is optional, so you can start billing without a GSTIN and add it later.
Yes. Open the Web Back Office on a computer and bulk-import from Excel: item name, category, selling price, cost price and barcode, then upload hundreds of packed lines in one go. It's the fastest way to move a big list in instead of scanning each pack on the phone.
